How often do you re-stock wild bird items?

We try to keep all of our products in full stock, but If there is a certain item you are looking for, be sure to follow us on Twitter & Facebook for news on when items have been restocked.

Are your wild bird products under warranty?

We believe in the promise of quality product, many of our birding products carry a warranty. The time limit ranges, and will be stated in the product description.

Availability

Although a wild bird item may appear in-stock in our shop, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery.

We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. We will notify you if such a problem arises.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us with tracking information.

Can I modify my order?

We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been confirmed.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time, we only ship to South East Ontario, but will be expanding in the future.

Shipping & Handling

Purchased items will be shipped within 2-5 business days of placing the order.

Please allow 7-10 business days for domestic delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges must be requested within 10 days from when the shipment is received, please contact us to request a return.

Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with the printed receipt.

Returns

Customers are financially responsible for shipping the item to Sun Country. Please contact us if you would like to process a return, prior to shipping the item back to us.

Customers will be refunded item cost less shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.

Exchanges

All wild bird product exchanges dependent on existing stock.

Customers are financially responsible for shipping the item to Sun Country as well as for shipping the exchanged item.
