How do I register a new account?
Answer: Click on the 'Register' link in the top right corner. Fill out the form and click 'Submit'.
How do I sign in once an account has been setup?
Answer: You can click the 'Please sign in' link in the top right corner, or click 'Sign in' at the bottom of the page.
What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
Answer: You can click the 'Please sign in' link in the top right corner, or click 'Sign in' at the bottom of the page. Then click the 'Forgot your password?' link on the sign in page. You are then promoted to provide the e-mail address used when you registered your account. Click 'Submit' and your password will be e-mailed to the address provided.
How do I edit my account information?
Answer: Once you have signed in, click on your name next to 'Hi,' in the top right corner. There you can edit your account information.

Retailers

How do I find where to buy Sun Country products?
Answer: Click the 'Where To Buy Sun Country Products' link in the Retailers box located under the Menu. You can scroll down to view a list of all retailers listed alphabetically or use the list provided to filter by province/state.
What if my province/state is not in the list provided?
Answer: Then there is currently no retailers that sell Sun Country products in the province/state selected.

Photos

How do I upload a photo to the web site?
Answer: Once you have signed in, there will be an '+ Add Photo' link available in the Photos box. Click this link and a pop up will be displayed allowing you to browse your computer for a photo to upload. You can also provide a name and description of the photo.
What file formats are allowed to be uploaded?
Answer: Your photo must be a GIF or JPG. You will NOT be allowed to upload any other file types.
Are there any restrictions on the size of the photos?
Answer: There are currently no restrictions on the size of the photos, however your photos will be resized automatically so they are no larger than 800 x 600.
Do I need to provide a name and description when uploading a photo?
Answer: No. These fields are optional.

Question Of The Day

Do I need to sign in before answering the question of the day?
Answer: No. You can answer the questions without signing in first.
How do I view the results of the question of the day?
Answer: Click the 'Results' button next to the 'Submit' button in the Question Of The Day box.
After viewing the results how do I get back to answer the question of the day?
Answer: Once you have clicked the 'Results' button a '+ View Question' link will be displayed in the Question Of The Day box so you can answer the question.
